SportsBass AI ("we", "our", "the App") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our application.
SportsBass AI is designed with privacy in mind. We collect minimal data:
• No personal information: We do not require account creation, login, or any personal details to use the App.
• No tracking: We do not use analytics trackers, advertising SDKs, or third-party tracking tools.
• Usage data: We may collect anonymous, aggregated usage statistics through Apple's standard App Analytics (if you have opted into sharing data with developers via your iOS settings). This includes: device type, OS version, app launches, and crash reports. This data cannot be used to identify you personally.
All predictions and matchup selections are processed locally on your device. No prediction data, team selections, or usage patterns are transmitted to our servers. Statistical model data (team stats, league data) is fetched from publicly hosted static files and cached locally on your device.
The App fetches statistical data from GitHub-hosted JSON files. These requests are standard HTTPS GET requests and do not transmit any personal or identifying information. We do not use any third-party advertising, analytics, or social media SDKs.
The App is rated 17+ due to its sports prediction and statistical odds content. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 17. If you believe a child has provided personal data to us, please contact us and we will take steps to remove that information.
We do not sell, trade, or share any user data with third parties. Period.
Since we collect virtually no personal data, there is minimal data to manage. However, you have the right to: (a) opt out of Apple's App Analytics sharing in your iOS Settings; (b) delete the App at any time, which removes all locally cached data; (c) contact us with any privacy concerns.
All data transfers use HTTPS encryption. Local data is stored within the App's sandboxed environment following Apple's security standards.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.
