By downloading, installing, or using SportsBass AI ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
SportsBass AI provides sports prediction models and statistical analysis for entertainment and informational purposes. The App uses mathematical models including Dixon-Coles, Poisson distribution, Monte Carlo simulations, and drive-survival models to generate predicted outcomes for sporting events across the NHL, EPL, and NFL.
The predictions, probabilities, odds, and any other outputs generated by SportsBass AI are for ENTERTAINMENT AND INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. They do not constitute gambling advice, betting recommendations, or financial guidance of any kind. You acknowledge that:
• Past performance does not guarantee future results.
• Statistical models are inherently imperfect and cannot account for all variables.
• You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on information from the App.
• SportsBass AI is not affiliated with any sportsbook, betting platform, or gambling operator.
You must be at least 17 years of age to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
All content, models, algorithms, designs, and branding in SportsBass AI are the property of SportsBass AI and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date statistics, we make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of data. Statistics are sourced from publicly available data and updated periodically. Team rosters, injury reports, and real-time conditions may not be reflected in predictions.
SportsBass AI and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to financial losses from gambling or betting activities.
You agree not to: (a) use the App for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying models or algorithms; (c) scrape, crawl, or automated bulk-access the App; (d) misrepresent the App's outputs as guaranteed outcomes.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
